We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and payment information when you subscribe. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and agent performance metrics within the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve the RevenueOS platform, process payments, send service communications, and improve our AI agents. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your client data, campaign data, contact lists, and marketing content remain yours.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS) enabled on all tables. Each company workspace is isolated. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Security headers (X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, CSP) are applied to all responses.
RevenueOS integrates with services you connect (Instantly, Resend, Postiz, etc.) using API keys you provide. We do not store your third-party API keys in plain text. We do not access your third-party accounts beyond what is required to execute your configured automations.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact us at privacy@uptrail.ai.
All cold email sent through RevenueOS complies with the Australian Spam Act 2003. Every email includes sender identification, a functional unsubscribe mechanism, and is only sent to contacts with inferred or express consent as defined by the Act.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all your data within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
