RevenueOS is an AI-powered marketing operations platform. It provides AI agents that execute marketing tasks including email campaigns, content creation, social media management, ad management, and sales development. The service is provided by Uptrail Pty Ltd.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate company and billing information.
You agree not to use RevenueOS to send unsolicited commercial email (spam), violate any applicable law (including the Australian Spam Act 2003), infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI agents make decisions based on configured frameworks and data. They are not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs and decisions. RevenueOS is not liable for marketing outcomes, lost revenue, or business decisions made by AI agents on your behalf.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You provide your own LLM API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI) and pay those providers directly. RevenueOS does not markup token costs. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all content, contacts, campaigns, and data you create within RevenueOS. We do not claim ownership of your marketing materials or client data. You can export your data at any time.
RevenueOS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
